Can I get food delivered to the apartment?

Yes, food delivery providers like Swiggy, Zomato and restaurants deliver directly to the apartment. Search for the The Grumpartment on the address search and select it as your delivery address in Swiggy, Zomato, Dominos, KFC, Pizza hut, etc website or App.

Can I check in early or check out late?

If you need to check in before 1pm or check out after 11am, we can give you 1 or 2 hours grace time provided there are no guests leaving or checking in in immediately before or after you respectively.

If you need check in earlier than 2 hours or check out later than 2 hours from the standard check in and check out time, kindly book the previous day or the next day also respectively.

What are the check in & check out timings?

Guests can check in any time after 1PM and check out anytime before 11AM.

Do you allow pets to stay in the apartment?

No, we do not allow pets inside the apartment. If you absolutely must bring your pet, you can keep it in our outdoor covered car park in a transportable kennel or a box, or tied with a chain/leash, etc.

Will you give us the entire apartment or will anyone else be staying with us?

Yes, we give the full apartment, only you will have access to the apartment for the course of your stay. No one else will be residing with you in the apartment.

Do you provide food or meals?

No, we do not provide meals. You can cook your own food/meals; all the necessary utensils and appliances, stove & gas, etc are present in the apartment.
There are a few good restaurants close by that you can go to eat.
You can also order food from many restaurants and get it delivered to you by searching for The Grumpartment on the delivery address search.

Is there a lift in your apartment and which floor is the apartment in?

We don’t have a lift in the apartment and the apartment is not wheel chair accessible. The apartment is in the first floor and the stairs is the only way to get to the apartment.
